A step-by-step path: complete your profile, create your first product or service, connect Stripe Connect and share your public link. It gets you to the essentials without getting lost in the menu.
In setup or Settings you connect Stripe Express for store payouts. Details, steps and how it differs from the LinkMee subscription are in the Payments & Stripe section.
See the dedicated section below.
From Subscription you can move from Creator to Pro, manage monthly/yearly renewal, view invoices and cancel when needed.
On LinkMee there are two distinct payment flows: your platform subscription and your customers’ store payments. Both use Stripe, but with different roles.
1) LinkMee subscription (Creator or Pro): you pay LinkMee, with trial, renewal and invoices in the Subscription area. 2) Store sales: your customers pay for products, courses, booking, webinars and memberships via Stripe checkout linked to your Connect account.
On Creator and Pro, LinkMee charges 0% platform fees on store sales. Stripe’s card processing fees still apply, as with any Stripe account.
0% platform fees on Creator and Pro.
From your public link: paid digital products and links, custom products, recurring memberships, courses, paid booking/services and paid webinars. Free orders (lead magnets, free resources) do not require a card.
In Settings choose your preferred currency (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF and other supported ones). It applies to prices, checkout, products, courses and services. Amounts are not converted automatically if you change currency later.
LinkMee uses Stripe Connect Express. You complete identity and bank details on Stripe; when payments and payouts are enabled, the store is ready to collect.
From guided setup (step “Connect payments”) or from Settings → Payments, billing and Stripe, click Connect Stripe / Connect Stripe now.
LinkMee creates (or resumes) a Stripe Connect Express account linked to your partner. You are shown the official Stripe flow (Account Link) to complete the required details.
Enter identity, business details and IBAN/account for payouts in the Stripe interface. You do not manage Stripe passwords inside LinkMee: onboarding happens on Stripe.
When you return from the flow, LinkMee updates Connect status. In Settings you see Account, Payments and Payouts. If anything is missing, use Complete Stripe or Update Stripe to resume.
The store is considered ready when Stripe has enabled both payments and payouts. Until then you can already create products and courses, but you will not collect real payments.
Note: the Connect Express account is created for Italy (IT). If during onboarding Stripe flags missing documents, complete everything on Stripe’s side and then click “Update Stripe” in Settings.
The customer opens the product or service on your profile, goes to Stripe Hosted Checkout and pays by card. After payment they get confirmation, access (download, course, membership, booking) and, if required, invoice details. You see the order and customer in the store / Audience area.
Memberships use Stripe subscriptions: renewal is automatic while the customer stays subscribed. The customer’s payment method is managed via Stripe; you control product, price and access from the store area.
The Creator/Pro plan is managed under Subscription (billing): upgrades, Stripe portal for payment method, cancel at period end and platform subscription invoices. It does not replace Stripe Connect: it pays for LinkMee, not for collecting from your customers.
Payouts to your bank account are handled by Stripe under your Express account rules. Refunds and disputes are typically managed from the linked Stripe Dashboard. For B2B orders you can collect tax details at checkout; order/subscription invoices appear where provided in the panel.
You can still set up profile, products and content. Settings shows a notice that the store is not connected yet: until Connect has payments and payouts enabled, you cannot collect real payments from customers.
Your public link: identity, contacts, design and Store / Feed / Contacts tabs.
Set photo (also from Media Library with 1:1 crop), name, role, company, tagline and bio. It is the first thing visitors see on your link.
Add phone, WhatsApp, email, website, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels. Reorder them with drag & drop and use custom contacts with a chosen icon.
Choose from dozens of templates, quick palettes and primary/accent colors. Advanced options: two-color background, dark theme, text color, and hide “Save contact” or “Share” buttons. Live preview as you work.
50 templates available on Creator and Pro.
Rename and reorder Store, Feed and Contacts tabs (short labels). Set the profile URL slug and enable/disable the public page when needed.
For each tab (Store, Feed, Contacts) you can choose: Open access (default), Request access with a message (custom text + button), or Request access with lead capture (Name, Phone, Email and marketing consent). The profile header always stays visible; only that tab’s content stays hidden until the visitor completes the action. Leads land in Customers and Leads and can trigger email automations.
Manage multiple public profiles from the same account (e.g. a different brand or second project).
Creator: up to 1 profile. Pro: up to 3 profiles.
On Creator the profile shows the LinkMee badge. With Pro the badge is removed and the profile stays white-label.
On Creator, LinkMee branding stays visible.
Visitors can save your details to their phone contacts in one tap, if the button is enabled in the design.
A mini-site on your profile: posts, categories, attachments and members-only content.
Organize content in colored categories. Each post can have title, subtitle, rich text, image (1:1, 9:16 or 16:9) and up to 5 attachments. Publish now or keep as draft.
Posts can be public or members-only (membership). Set start and end publish dates and reorder content as you like.
Visitors can share posts; you see feed-related views and clicks in profile analytics.
Enable IT/EN in the Feed editor: write the post in Italian and add the English translation. Visitors get a language switcher; if a language is missing, they see the default one.
Sell from your link: dedicated product types, card styles, featured media, rich descriptions, showcase management and Stripe checkout.
When creating, pick the type from four dedicated cards: Digital file (protected PDF/ZIP), External link, Custom (tailored requests with checkout fields) and Membership. The type is fixed after save: for another format you create a new product.
Sell PDF, ZIP and protected files, or external URL/media products. Ideal for templates, guides, presets and downloadable resources with download after purchase.
On-request products (audits, custom packages, one-off services) with dedicated purchase fields and Stripe payment.
Stripe subscriptions with a dedicated members area: content and access reserved for subscribers. Supports one-time payment or automatic renewal.
Percentage or fixed discounts, minimum amount, expiry and product restriction. Use them at checkout for promotions and affiliates.
In My Store you reorder sections with drag & drop. Stripe checkout handles digital purchases, order confirmation and protected download. Each item has a style-aware preview in admin too.
For each product or service choose how it appears on the public card: Button (compact row with arrow), Callout (card with description and CTA) or Preview (full-width media on top, text and CTA below). Live preview is available in create/edit and in My Store.
Style is set per item and reflects immediately in the profile Store tab.
With Button and Callout you can upload only a featured image. With Preview choose image or video (MP4/WebM from Media Library, or YouTube/Vimeo) as the single media — not both: choosing one removes the other. The same media appears on the public card, in the admin preview and on the product/service detail page.
On product, course, webinar, booking and lead form forms, Description uses a rich editor: headings, bold/italic, lists, tables, links and dividers. On the frontend formatting shows correctly on detail pages; in the showcase you get a plain-text excerpt.
Images are not inserted in the text: use Featured image or Media Library.
Central archive of images, video, audio and files to reuse in profile, feed, products and courses.
Product limit: Creator up to 15, Pro up to 250.
In edit and list views, the three-dot menu replaces the old “Cancel” as the main management action: Back to list, Deactivate/Reactivate (or Move to draft/Publish for courses) and Delete. Deactivate hides from the showcase and blocks new purchases, but existing buyers keep access. Delete is permanent: if buyers already exist, confirmation requires an explicit checkbox; otherwise the modal suggests “Better deactivate”.
The “Visible in showcase” checkbox in the form does the same as Deactivate/Reactivate.
Bookable services, live events and lead forms: same showcase styles, featured media and Store Deactivate/Delete management.
Create bookable services (calls, consulting, audits) with duration, price, weekly availability and confirmation. You can set Button/Callout/Preview style, featured image or video (if Preview) and formatted description. If you deactivate the service it is no longer bookable, but existing bookings still see the confirmation page with their link.
Events with seats, optional price, meeting/replay link and calendar. Same display styles and featured media as the Store. If you deactivate the webinar it disappears from the showcase; registrants with an access token keep the confirmation page.
Lead magnet (free resource, short form without message), Application (applications with message), Intake (brief before a call/service) and Waitlist (waitlist for a launch). In create/edit you see a live preview of the public page that updates as Type changes.
First name, email and phone are required on all forms; last name stays optional.
Customizable confirmation message, optional incentive link/file and leads saved in Audience/CRM. You can connect an email automation “after form submit”. As with other items: Deactivate closes new submissions without deleting collected leads; Delete is permanent.
A small academy in your link: lessons, protected videos, showcase styles and student progress.
Structure courses with lessons, attachments and protected videos. Course description with rich editor; Button/Callout/Preview style and featured media like other Store items. Buyers access the course area and progress with progress tracking.
“Visible in showcase” (Published) controls whether the course is purchasable on the profile. If you move it to draft it no longer appears in the showcase, but existing enrollees with a token keep lesson access. Delete from the ⋮ menu is permanent and, if there are enrollees, requires explicit confirmation.
Only buyers (or those entitled via membership/offer) see the materials. With Pro you can link courses to post-purchase email automations.
Take your link everywhere: social, print, events.
Generate a high-resolution QR of your link-in-bio to download and use on cards, posters, packaging or Instagram bio.
From the Share section you get the public link, QR and quick tips to promote the profile. Visitors can also use the phone’s native Share.
Built-in module: dashboard, contacts, lists, campaigns, templates, automations and funnels — without leaving LinkMee.
Instant KPIs: marketing contacts, emails this month, open rate, click rate and plan usage. Start from here with “New campaign”.
CRM address book with acquisition source (bio, store, course, webinar, booking, CSV…), consent, unlimited tags and custom lists. CSV import/export included.
System emails (sign-up, password reset, order confirmations, booking, courses, notifications) send from noreply@linkmee.it and are unlimited. Newsletters, campaigns, workflows and funnels consume the marketing quota (hello@linkmee.it).
Creator: up to 500 contacts and 2,000 emails/month. Pro: up to 2,500 contacts and 15,000 emails/month.
Block editor (title, text, image, button, social…), recipients by all / list / tag / Pro segmentation, usage preview, open and click tracking, detailed history.
Trigger workflows (lead, purchase, booking, course, webinar, tag, list, birthday) with email, tag, list, notification and webhook actions. Funnels suggest automatic sequences when you create a course, product, webinar or lead magnet.
Create public ambassador links, cookie attribution, commissions, customer discount and a dedicated affiliate dashboard. You manage payouts yourself.
Offer add-on products at checkout to raise average order value without external tools.
See what works and stay updated on important events.
Views, clicks, device, channel (bio/QR), top contact links and trends over time. Useful to see which content drives traffic.
Revenue, best-selling products, courses, memberships and booking: a commercial performance picture from the same account.
Alerts for purchases, leads, booking, courses, webinars, memberships, affiliates and product news. You can adjust preferences by event type.
Email digest with the week’s numbers: traffic, sales and useful signals without opening the panel every day.
Connect per-card ads and analytics (Meta, GA4, GTM), plus account-level email marketing and webhooks.
In the card editor open the Tracking tab: add Meta Pixel, GA4 and/or GTM and turn the toggle on. Each profile (bio or NFC) can have different IDs. Pro+ plan. The tab also has a Guide button with event and page details.
Tags load on the public profile (slug/NFC) and, when linked to the card, on product checkout, order access page and lead forms. They are not loaded in the editor preview or on private LinkMee account pages.
Profile → view_card. Storefront → select_item on click. Product → view_product, initiate_checkout at checkout, purchase when paid (browser + CAPI with token). Lead forms → lead_form with form title/ID. Links and Save contact → Lead / click_link.
Storefront products are tracked end-to-end: list click, checkout page, payment start and confirmation on store-access. Events include product_id, name, value and currency — ideal for optimizing Meta/Google ads on what you sell.
Pixels and GTM load only with the visitor’s marketing cookie consent (also on checkout, order access and lead forms). If you use GTM to inject Pixel/GA4 as well, do not also enable the native providers on the same card.
Set Pixel ID and CAPI token from the Tracking tab in each card editor. Track visits, clicks, lead forms, product funnel and Purchase (browser + server) on orders linked to that card.
Enter the Measurement ID (G-…) in the card Tracking tab. Typical events: view_card, select_item, view_item, begin_checkout, purchase, generate_lead, click_link.
Add a Container ID (GTM-…) per card: events go to the dataLayer (view_card, select_item, view_product, initiate_checkout, purchase, lead_form, click_link, save_contact) so you manage tags from the container.
Sync contacts with Brevo or Mailchimp, or send events to a custom webhook for CRM and external automations (account-level, under Upsells & Integrations).
Emails sent to your customers do not show “Powered by LinkMee” branding: they stay consistent with your brand.
Settings, billing, referrals and control of your data.
Preferred currency, profile data, notification preferences and Stripe Connect status (Payments, billing and Stripe section). For details on connecting Express and how payouts work, see Payments & Stripe.
Tax details (VAT, SDI, PEC where applicable), Creator/Pro subscription history, Stripe portal and renewal/cancellation. Separate from your customers’ store payouts.
Invite other creators with your code: invite tracking and rewards per the platform’s active rules.
Export your account data as JSON when you need a copy. You can also request full account deletion by following the confirmation flow.
